Fulfillment Details

• Customers will get email receipt that shows all transaction details
• Login credentials are automatically emailed to customers after purchase (within 1-2 minutes)
• Customers are granted unlimited access to course library or series for one (1) year from the date of purchase
• If not cancelled, subscriptions will automatically renew one (1) year from the purchase date
• Upon cancellation/expiration, all access to purchased courses will be disabled, regardless of individual course progress or completion status
• For refunds/cancellation, we must receive email notification within 24 hours of purchase for consideration
