- If not cancelled, subscriptions will automatically renew one (1) year from the purchase date
- Upon cancellation/expiration, all access to purchased courses will be disabled, regardless of individual course progress or completion status
- For refunds/cancellation, we must receive email notification within 24 hours of purchase for consideration
